Statkraft sells Enerfín Colombia and 130 MW PV portfolio to Ecopetrol

As part of its market refocus, Statkraft has agreed to sell Enerfín Colombia and the 130 MW Portón del Sol solar plant to Ecopetrol, pending Q3 2025 approvals.
