RNWBL completes Topaz Solar inverter upgrades and restoration

Texas-based RNWBL has successfully completed an inverter replacement project at 550 MW Topaz Solar Farms, one of the largest solar installations in the US. This upgrade involved installing TMEIC Ninja skid inverters in two arrays, restoring the system’s performance and enhancing operational availability. The project was completed within 30 days, creating over 40 temporary jobs in San Luis Obispo County, California. In addition to the inverter replacement, RNWBL performed DC health remediation, which improved the solar farm’s efficiency. RNWBL offers a wide range of services to ensure solar assets achieve optimal performance, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), plant restoration, and performance testing.
