Sol Systems & Onyx collaborate on 24 MW solar portfolio

Onyx Renewable Partners, LP has announced the acquisition of a 24 MW solar and storage portfolio spanning California, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York, from Sol Systems LLC. These eight DG projects were developed by Sol, later acquired by Onyx for financing, construction, ownership, and operation. The portfolio will benefit diverse customers, including a Massachusetts municipality and Fortune 500 companies, injecting millions into local economies and generating new jobs. These projects are set for completion by Q1 2025, and aim to power 3,285 homes, offsetting 16,000 metric tons of carbon emissions annually.
