Greenzo Energy announced securing an INR 500 crore (~$59.261 million) contract to develop a 120 MW ground-mounted solar project in Nepal. The project, focused on supporting Nepal’s clean energy infrastructure, is scheduled for completion by 2025. It will connect to the national grid using high-tension transmission lines. Greenzo Energy expects to generate over 500 jobs locally. This project adds to Greenzo’s order book, now totaling INR 1,900 crore (~$2.25 billion), and supports renewable energy growth in South Asia.
