Correlate Energy Corp. and Energetic Capital have launched a pipeline initiative to deliver renewable energy to underserved communities. This partnership combines Energetic Capital’s financing expertise with Correlate Energy’s project development skills. They aim to access the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) programs, including the $7 billion Solar for All grant and the $14 billion National Clean Investment Fund grant, which focus on low-income households and communities. These GGRF initiatives will save millions annually and establish clean financing institutions. Additionally, non-profit insurer GreenieRE will mitigate risks in decarbonization projects, enhancing the funds’ impact. Together, these efforts address energy disparities by providing cost-effective renewable energy to disadvantaged areas.
