Yingli Energy partners with ACWA Power for 1.25 GW Panda TOPCon modules supply to Saudi Arabia’s Saad 2 PV project. The project . Developed by ACWA Power, the 1,255 MW project is a key component of the Public Investment Fund’s third-round PV initiatives. The EPC is handled by Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited and SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., both under the Power Construction Corporation of China.
