Clearloop, a Silicon Ranch subsidiary focusing on carbon solutions and renewable energy, has unveiled the 2.8 MWDC White Pine Solar Farm in Tennessee. Both Intuit and REI contributed 1.4 MWDC each to the project. Intuit’s partnership with Clearloop dates back to 2021, aiming to enhance renewable energy accessibility in Tennessee. Through its Prosperity Hub Program in Morristown, Intuit is donating 1,600 renewable energy certificates annually to local schools and providing a $100,000 scholarship donation. REI plans to power its new distribution center in Lebanon using the White Pine Solar Farm’s energy. Silicon Ranch will oversee the project’s management, ensuring sustained community engagement and benefits for East Tennessee.
