Verogy, a West Hartford, Connecticut-based solar energy developer, has completed two rooftop solar installations at INDUS Realty Trust’s New England Tradeport (NETP) in Windsor, CT. According to INDUS, these systems, placed on buildings 110 and 220 Tradeport, house 2,560 solar modules and are expected to produce 1,669,300 kWh of clean energy annually. This output can power 154 homes each year, preventing approximately 1,166 metric tons of CO2 emissions. The projects align with INDUS Realty Trust’s sustainability initiatives aimed at improving its 4.3 million square–foot business park. INDUS partnered with Titan Energy to select Verogy for this development. Verogy will own, build, and operate the arrays under the Connecticut NRES program, supporting state decarbonization goals over the next 20 years.
