TrinaTracker revitalizes solar power plant

A PV plant in Shandong, one of the earliest in the field, has recently faced efficiency issues due to aging technology. To address these challenges, TrinaTracker, a smart tracker solutions provider under Trinasolar, used its advanced digital intelligence technology, Smart Control System, for a major upgrade. This included replacing outdated control systems with TrinaTracker’s TCUs and NCUs, improving communication and security. Their stow strategy adjusts trackers during high winds to prevent damage. TrinaTracker has also integrated SuperTrack smart algorithms for optimal tracker angles and enhanced power generation. The Trina Smart Cloud offers real-time monitoring and fault detection, significantly improving operational efficiency. TrinaTracker’s global deployment has been contracted over 6.2 GW across 16 countries.
