A new report by S&P Global reveals a significant shift in the solar tracker market. Global shipments surged by 29% in 2023, reaching 94 GW, with emerging markets like Saudi Arabia, India, and Uzbekistan leading the growth. While the US market share dipped from 47% to 38%, TrinaTrackeremerged as a key player. TrinaTracker ranked sixth globally in shipments and third in key regions, doubling their market share to 6% and achieving the second-highest growth rate. Notably, TrinaTracker became the leading Chinese solar tracker supplier in South America with 1.5 GW shipped, including contributions to Brazil's largest solar project (Santa Luzia Complex). They also secured a major project in the Middle East, exclusively supplying trackers for Qatar's 875 MW industrial city solar plant. By the end of 2023, TrinaTracker had shipped over 20 GW of trackers to 700+ plants in 60 countries.
