Trinasolar delivers 34 GW PV modules in 2024 H1

China-based Trinasolar has shipped 34 GW of photovoltaic (PV) modules in the first half of 2024, reflecting a 25.9% increase. Trinasolar’s cumulative shipments of 210 mm modules exceeded 140 GW globally in this time-period. Additionally, the company also delivered 1.7 GWh of DC container and energy storage systems, along with 3.2 GW of solar mounting systems. Trina Storage, a division of Trinasolar, has recently launched the Elementa 2 Elevate, a fully wrapped cell-to-AC energy storage solution in North America. By June 2024, Trina Storage had delivered 7 GWh of DC container energy systems globally and earned Tier 1 energy storage supplier status from Bloomberg New Energy Finance for three consecutive quarters.
