Trina Solar US has expanded to nearly 100 employees by late 2023, marking a 30% growth in its North American workforce. The company is developing a 5 GW photovoltaic manufacturing facility in Wilmer, Texas, scheduled for completion by the end of 2024, which will add 1,500 local jobs in the Dallas-Fort-Worth area. This facility will produce enough modules annually to power 500,000 homes. By 2025, Trina Solar US aims to double its workforce, reinforcing its status as a major solar employer in the American clean tech industry.
