Germany-based Blue Elephant Energy GmbH (BEE) signed the acquisition of a Dutch PV park portfolio from TPSolar. The portfolio totaled approximately 88 MW across three parks in different development stages. A 50 MW park in the northeast was scheduled for commissioning by late 2025, a 9 MW park in the south was already grid-connected, and a 29 MW park in the south was planned for Q2 2025. Once operational, the portfolio was expected to save 48,830 tons of CO2 emissions and 38,493 m³ of water annually, supporting the Netherlands’ 2035 climate targets. BEE expanded its Dutch portfolio to 717 MW and global capacity to 1,730 MW. TPSolar secured 200 MW under the Dutch SDE subsidy scheme, affirming its growth trend.
