Tata Power commissions 200 MW PV project

TP Saurya Limited (TPSL), a subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), has successfully commissioned a 200 MW solar project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, for Tata Power Trading Company Limited (TPTCL). Integrated into the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) Bus, the project is projected to generate 485 million units of energy annually and reduce carbon footprint by 388,000 tonnes per year. Approximately 523,365 modules were installed as part of this initiative. This addition brings TPREL’s total renewable energy capacity to 9,018 MW, including 4,547 MW projects currently under implementation.
