Terrenus Energy has secured SGD 300 million in green financing to advance renewable energy projects across Singapore. This funding will facilitate the deployment of photovoltaic panels on public housing, government sites, and commercial facilities. The initiative is a significant step towards Singapore’s target of achieving 2 GW solar capacity by 2030. Expected to power over 80,000 homes, the project will significantly reduce carbon emissions by approx.150,000 tonnes annually. DBS served as the financial advisor and mandated lead arranger for the loan, leading a consortium of five banks.
