AIKO, a China-based solar technology firm headquartered in Shanghai, has launched an upgraded version of its INFINITE ABC module series. The new range includes INFINITE Black and INFINITE White modules in mono-glass and dual-glass formats, each sized at 1762 mm × 1134 mm. INFINITE White modules have reached 500 W output, while INFINITE Black variants deliver up to 490 W within a footprint under 2 sq mts. According to AIKO, a proprietary two-step process was used to optimize p-type and n-type layers separately. This design has enabled over 27% conversion efficiency during mass production. AIKO has replaced silver paste with copper interconnections to reduce thermal stress, improve durability, and lower material costs. The INFINITE series, launched in March 2025, has received over 1 GW of orders by May, targeting residential and commercial-industrial applications.
