Swift Current Energy has commissioned the 260 MW Tres Bahias Solar project in Texas, which powers City of Houston facilities, through a PPA with an NRG Energy affiliate, making it the largest PV project in Calhoun County and the third largest in the Texas Gulf Coast. UnitedHealth Group and Morgan Stanley Renewables provide tax equity, while the construction financing is funded by ING Capital, Siemens Financial Services, and Associated Bank. First Solar supplied the solar modules with Array Technologies providing trackers, and IEA Constructors managing construction. Legal representation was provided by Vinson & Elkins LLP, Husch Blackwell LLP, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Jackson Walker LLP, and Sidley Austin LLP.
