Houston homes powered by Sunnova during storm

Sunnova Energy International, Inc., an industry leader in adaptive energy services, has powered nearly 3,000 homes in Houston during Hurricane Beryl from July 8 to July 15, amid a local power outage. Sunnova’s solar and storage systems have generated 485,249 kWh of energy during this period. The resilience of Sunnova’s technology has been proven in multiple storms across the US and its territories, Sunnova claims. According to Sunnova, 96% of its SunSafe systems in Houston required no repairs post-storm, with immediate dispatch of repair crews for the remainder.
