Sungrow and Thailand’s Gulf Energy Development Plc (GULF) have signed a 7-year strategic supply agreement for PV inverters and energy storage systems totaling 3.5 GW. Aligned with Thailand’s Power Development Plan, this aims to stabilize electricity prices, enhance energy security, and set a renewable energy precedent in Southeast Asia. GULF, a major player in Thailand’s renewable energy sector, will utilize Sungrow’s SG350HX inverters and PowerTitan energy storage. This collaboration aims to ensure reliable power station operation, supplying clean energy to the grid and establishing regional benchmarks.
