US-based Standard Solar, in collaboration with EDF Renewables, completed a 3.1 MW solar installation on Lehigh University’s Goodman Campus in Pennsylvania. The project will generate around 5,108 MWh of clean energy annually, covering 100% of the campus’s electricity needs and offsetting 8% of the university’s total energy consumption. This initiative aligns with Lehigh’s goal to achieve carbon neutrality by 2040 and offers educational opportunities for students through a solar dashboard that tracks real-time energy production.
