STAG Industrial has completed three NJ community solar projects (2.7 MW total) offering low-cost renewable energy to local residents as part of New Jersey’s Pilot program. Developed by Dimension Energy and facilitated by Black Bear Energy, these systems will generate over 3.4 million kWh annually, supplying enough electricity for nearly 500 homes. At least 50% of the generated electricity goes to low- and moderate-income households at discounted rates.
