Renewable energy producer Sonnedix has entered its first EPC Framework Agreement with Eiffage, a European construction company operating as Eiffage Energia Sistemas in Spain. This agreement will standardize terms and conditions for construction activities across Sonnedix’s projects in Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Currently, Sonnedix has 858 MW of renewable energy projects under construction in these markets, with a further development pipeline of 1.72 GW. The Framework Agreement aims to enhance efficiency by reducing the time and resources required to negotiate individual EPC agreements, typically taking two to three months.
