Solarpack is constructing Peru’s largest solar plant, the San Martin project in the La Joya district, with nearly 300 MW capacity. Kallpa Generación secures a long-term agreement for the Arequipa plant’s entire energy output. San Martín will annually generate 830 GWh, powering over 440,000 homes and preventing 564,000 tons of CO2 emissions. The plant is set to commence operations in Q2 2025, contributing 450 jobs during construction.
