US-based Solar Landscape and US-based Prologis showcased their 2.67 MW rooftop community solar project at the NAIOP I.CON East conference. This initiative, recognized with the US Department of Energy’s Grand Prize, provides clean energy to 1,200 underserved households at discounted rates. Aligned with Prologis’ goal of reaching 1 GW of solar power by 2025, the project leverages underutilized rooftops to generate renewable energy and boost local economies. The company currently manages four rooftop solar projects, with approvals for 41 more and 49 under review, expanding its commitment to community solar initiatives.
