Shijing Solar has introduced six N-type TOPCon solar cells, featuring lower degradation, superior temperature coefficients, an 80% bifacial rate, and reduced LID loss. Models include 183.75-16BB, 183.75-10BB, 182.2-16BB, 191.6-16BB, 210R-16BB, and 210210-18BB, achieving over 26.5% efficiency. According to the company, its cutting-edge automated production and advanced R&D aim to build a large-scale, smart manufacturing base. These cells offer a power temperature coefficient of -0.30%/K and reduced CTM loss, enhancing power generation and lowering BOS costs. On June 14th, Shijing Solar signed a strategic agreement with TÜV Rheinland, ensuring product reliability. The company collaborates with global manufacturers for high-quality production and plans to develop technologies like BC, HJT, and perovskite tandem cells.
