Shell sells wind & solar stakes in Texas & Ohio

Shell Wind Energy and Savion Equity, subsidiaries of Shell plc, will sell 60% of Brazos Wind farm and 50% of Madison Fields PV project in Texas and Ohio, respectively, to InfraRed Capital Partners. Brazos, undergoing repowering, targets 182 MW output by early 2024, and 180 MW Madison Fields is set for completion by year-end 2023. The sale is anticipated to conclude by early 2024, effective from December 2023.
