India-based RMC Switchgears Limited has ventured into Solar EPC with a significant INR 4.76 crore (including GST) (approx. $570,000) order to establish a 1.35 MWp solar power plant in Rajasthan. The company aims to secure over 600 MWp in additional tenders and targets 1 GWp in EPC contracts within the next year. Leveraging partnerships with installation experts nationwide and utilizing its own skilled in-house team, RMC aims to be at the forefront of the green energy revolution. With a dedicated Business Development unit exploring new opportunities, RMC supports India’s ambition to achieve 450 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030 and reinforces its commitments under the Paris Agreement.
