ReNew, India’s leading renewable energy company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SocieteGenerale to support financing and development of its strategic energy transition projects both in India and globally. The MoU references up to $1 billion of support over the next three years, including debt financing and advisory solutions. Both parties will leverage their expertise to strengthen collaboration on utility-scale energy projects such as solar, wind, complex renewables, green hydrogen, energy storage, and solar module manufacturing. As of May 9, 2024, ReNew boasts a clean energy portfolio of approximately 15.6 GW, making it one of the largest globally.
