ReNew sells 300 MW Rajasthan solar project to India Grid Trust

The transaction, aligned with ReNew’s strategy for shareholder value enhancement, is expected to yield a $82 million cash inflow, reflecting strong investor interest in ReNew’s assets and emphasizing the company’s commitment to capital recycling and high-return investments.
