Solex Energy Limited, an India-based solar manufacturer, has presented its advanced PV portfolio at REI 2025 in Greater Noida. The company unveiled India’s first Rear Contact solar module with 24.6% efficiency and 665 W output and announced plans to begin commercial production by FY27. Solex has recently signed an MoU with ISC Konstanz for R&D in Rear Contact and tandem/perovskite technologies. According to Solex, its $1.5 billion Vision 2030 aims to expand manufacturing to 10 GW each in modules and cells and 2 GW of wafer and ingot capacity by 2030.
