RECOM completes 1.2 MW PV system installation in Greece

Germany-based RECOM REPOWER has completed the installation of what it calls is Greece’s largest industrial net-metering photovoltaic system for Thraki Mills I. Ouzounopoulos S.A. Thraki Mills, a century-old flour production company, selected RECOM for this installation. The system, with 1,816 Recom Panther 660 W half-cut PV modules and 10 Recom Zeus 100 kW inverters, has a total capacity of 1.2 MW and zero feed-in capability. It achieves over 99% efficiency with its smart MPPT technology, Recom claims. The Zeus inverter features IP66 protection, an advanced monitoring app, and durable design for high performance and energy optimization.
