San Diego Community Power partners with Primergy

Primergy Solar LLC, a developer of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, has signed a long-term PPA with San Diego Community Power (SDCP) for its Purple Sage Energy Center, a 400 MW solar and 1.6 GWh storage project in Nevada. Starting in 2027, the project is expected to produce over 1.2 million MWh of solar energy annually and provide power for 100,000 homes yearly, generating approximately USD 90 million in local tax payments for Clark County. Primergy is collaborating with the Bureau of Land Management to enhance renewable energy operations.
