India-based Premier Energies International, a subsidiary of Premier Energies, has signed a PV module supply agreement with BN Hybrid Power-1, a special purpose vehicle under BrightNight India. As part of this deal, Premier Energies will deliver 173.35 MW of advanced n-type TOPCon bifacial PV modules for BrightNight’s ambitious 300 MW hybrid renewable energy project, which will combine solar, wind, and energy storage. The project, located in Rajasthan’s Barmer district, is expected to provide a firm and dispatchable energy supply. Shipments of the solar modules will begin in July 2025. Additionally, Premier Energies has recently secured a contract with the Uttar Pradesh Department of Agriculture to install and commission 8,085 solar water pumping systems.
