Plural Energy, a California based on-chain investing platform focused on the global clean energy transition, announced its launch at the Ethereum Community Conference in Brussels. The platform’s first investment opportunity, The Ace Portfolio, allows users to invest directly in operational solar projects developed by Solaris Energy, Inc. This portfolio comprises 21 commercial-scale solar installations across the US with a total capacity of 2.31MW, projected to deliver up to a 12% annual yield and significant tax benefits. Built on the Coinbase-incubated blockchain, Base, Plural Energy leverages low transaction costs, speed, and reliability to democratize solar finance. By empowering fund managers, alternative retail investors, and retirement savers, Plural Energy aims to close the $4 trillion financing gap needed to meet 2050 climate goals.
