Sweden based OX2 a renewable energy solution has begun construction of a 119 MW solar farm in Horsham, Victoria. The project is owned by SEC, includes a 100 MWh battery energy storage system for hybrid functionality, ensuring grid stability and peak demand management. It is expected to produce 242 GWh annually and power 51,000 homes. The project supports local job creation and clean energy goals. OX2’s Australian portfolio now spans 918 MW of solar and 328 MW of energy storage.
