India-headquartered solar energy solutions specialist Oriana Power’s stock surged 5% to INR 2,193.15 after securing an INR 247.88 crore order from the Indian PSU Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) to develop a 52 MW solar power project. The project, under an EPC contract, includes Central Transmission Utility (CTU) approval, transmission line installation, and five years of comprehensive operations and maintenance. Scheduled for completion within six months, Oriana Power says this project highlights its expertise in solar energy solutions for commercial & industrial clients.
