OMCO, Create Energy partnership targets utility and commercial solar markets

OMCO Solar, a US-based steel and solar tracker manufacturer, has partnered with Portland-based Create Energy to offer comprehensive solutions to the utility and commercial solar markets in the US. As per OMCO, the collaboration aims to deliver innovative, American-made solar trackers and equipment, aligning with the Inflation Reduction Act’s domestic content bonus, which rewards projects using US-made steel, iron, and solar products. According to Create Energy, this partnership simplifies scaling for solar projects by offering a comprehensive range of solutions, including transformers, PV modules, battery storage systems, and EV chargers. Both companies will showcase their technologies, including OMCO’s Origin Tracker and Create Energy’s Discovery Series modules, at the upcoming RE+ conference.
