PHP 7 million will finance the Balacquit Solar Power Irrigation System in Villaverde, benefiting approximately 100 hectares of farmland, while Quezon will receive PHP 4.4 million for the LGU Demo Farm SPIS, irrigating a minimum of 150 hectares. PHP 3 million will be used for the Polloc SPIS in Solano’s Barangay Roxas, serving as a demonstration farm for the PLGU.
