Greece-based METLEN Energy & Metals delivered the first 32 MW of solar PV projects in Italy, just eight months after its landmark April 2024 agreement with Greece based PPC. The Cooperation Framework Agreement (CFA) covered 2 GW of projects across Southeast Europe, including Romania, Bulgaria, and Croatia, utilizing advanced bifacial photovoltaic panels. The Italian stations generated over 60 GWh annually, powering nearly 15,000 households and reducing 37,200 tons of CO2 emissions.
