Sineng Electric, a Wuxi, China-based PV inverter manufacturer, has provided 250 kW string inverters with up to 99.0% efficiency for the 110 MW Pato solar project in Segovia, Spain. The plant generates about 215 GWh of electricity annually, supplying more than 55,000 homes and avoiding approximately 47,450 tonnes of CO₂ emissions. The inverters feature 12 MPPTs, IP66 protection, C5 anti-corrosion coating, and compatibility with high-power and bifacial solar modules. The inverters are designed to operate between -30 °C and 60 °C using high-temperature-resistant components and an intelligent cooling system. ib vogt, a Berlin, Germany-based solar developer, chose Sineng Electric after evaluating manufacturing quality, reliability, and R&D capabilities at its Wuxi headquarters. ib vogt transferred the project to NextPower V ESG after completing development and construction. Environmental measures at the site include creating ponds, installing nesting boxes for birds of prey, and planting native vegetation to support biodiversity.
