Qair, an independent renewable energy company, has secured key authorizations for its Tiznit solar (115 GWh/year) and Tetouan wind (390 GWh/year) projects in Morocco, totaling 178 MW and 505 GWh of annual output. Approved under Law 13-09, both projects were aimed at powering Moroccan industries and reducing CO₂ emissions by over 334,000 tons per year. The Tetouan wind farm was scheduled for 2029, while the Tiznit solar plant was expected by late 2027. Qair also secured agreements of renewable projects in Tunisia (Gafsa (100 MW ) & El Khobna (198 MW), 1,000 GWh/year), Mauritius (100 MW with 256 MWh storage), and Chad (two 15 MW solar farms with 8 MWh storage), collectively supporting national energy goals and reducing emissions across Africa.
