N2OFF Inc. set up a new US subsidiary, NITO Renewable Energy Inc., in Nevada to manage its solar PV operations. The company was involved in three projects across two European countries. In Germany, a joint venture was developing a 111 MW solar PV project in Melz, which received municipal approval and a grid connection offer with 10% extra capacity, allowing for possible expansion or battery storage. In Italy, N2OFF and Solterra Brand Services Italy agreed to develop two BESS projects in Sicily, each with a capacity of 98 MW/392 MWh, with grid connection approved by Terna SpA. These projects were expected to be Ready-to-Build in 18-24 months. Additionally, N2OFF partnered with Solterra Energy Ltd. to co-develop the solar PV market in Albania.
