LONGi, a China-based PV module manufacturer, has supplied 1 MW of Hi-MO X10 modules to Izdehar Carton Factory in Muwaqqar, Jordan. Magic Energy, an authorized distributor of LONGi modules, has installed over 1,500 Hi-MO X10 modules across 10 donums, equal to approximately 1 hectare. This installation is the largest single-site deployment of Hi-MO X10 modules completed in Jordan to date, according to LONGi. The Hi-MO X10 modules are based on HPBC 2.0 technology and are optimized for distributed generation applications in industrial facilities. Each module incorporates Tai-Ray wafers and produces up to 670 W with 24.8% efficiency, exceeding typical TOPCon modules by over 30 W. A patented cell-level bypass have reduced hotspot risks by over 28%, supporting safer operation under partial rooftop shading. LONGi and Magic Energy have planned similar rooftop deployments across food, textile, and chemical manufacturing sectors in Jordan. Recently, LONGi also supplied Hi-MO 7 modules for a 550 MW solar project installed by PPC.
