LONGi Green Energy, a Xi’an-based manufacturer of PV products, has completed a 12.538 MW solar irrigation project in Saudi Arabia with SDC Group. The project was developed to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals and strengthen solar-powered agricultural irrigation. According to LONGi Green Energy, the installation used Hi-MO X10 anti-dust modules featuring HPBC 2.0 cell technology for improved efficiency and dust resistance. The project has supplied stable solar power for water pumping and irrigation in desert environments with high dust exposure. LONGi Green Energy has partnered with SDC Group to provide continuity of energy generation and ensure ongoing operational performance across the facility. Prior to this, LONGi has received TÜV Rheinland’s Grade AAA certification for its Hi-MO X10 module.
