Lotus Infrastructure Partners has acquired PNE USA, a major North American developer of wind, solar, and energy storage projects, from German renewable energy company PNE AG. PNE USA, now rebranded as Allium Renewable Energy, boasts a successful track record of developing and profiting from 877 MW of projects and possesses a development pipeline exceeding 3 GW. Lotus anticipates significant expansion in its renewable development efforts through the collaboration with Allium's experienced team and their expertise in project identification and commercialization. While the purchase price remains undisclosed, a down payment was made at closing, with further payments contingent on project progress.
