China-based LONGi Green Energy Technology Co. reported revenues of €5.03 billion for the first half of 2024, reflecting strong performance in a volatile market. The company achieved growth in silicon wafer shipments, with 44.44 GW shipped and 21.96 GW sold externally. LONGi also saw a 140% year-on-year sales increase in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2024, the company introduced its high-efficiency Hi-MO 9 bifacial module, based on HPBC 2.0 back-contact cell technology, delivering 660 W power and 24.43% conversion efficiency. LONGi said it continues to invest in expanding its production capacities, targeting 200 GW annual wafer capacity and 150 GW module capacity by 2025.
