KPI Green Energy has secured a 100 MW solar power project in Maharashtra State Power Generation Co's (MAHAGENCO) tender, driving its stock up 5%. The project, part of a larger initiative for 600 MW PV capacity across multiple locations in Maharashtra, was awarded following the company's participation under an EPC package. After receiving a letter of intent on March 15, 2024, KPI Green will execute the project following MAHAGENCO's tender specifications. KPI Green Energy specializes in grid-connected solar power projects and the sale of generated power units.
