The company says it has promptly enacted emergency protocols and collaborated with local firefighters to extinguish the blaze. It says there are no casualties and nearby communities remained unaffected. However, the incident is anticipated to impact the company’s 2024 operations and finances. JinkoSolar is reallocating production across its facilities to mitigate disruption, ensuring business continuity. The company says it is in the process of filing insurance claims for the properties and equipment at the Shanxi Production Base. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
