JERA Nex acquires 395 MW of US solar projects from Lightsource bp

JERA Nex, JERA’s global renewable energy business has acquired two US solar farms from Lightsource bp, totaling 395MW AC, marking its first set of US solar projects. The 300 MW Oxbow Solar Farm in Louisiana and the 95 MW Happy Solar Farm in Arkansas, both now in commercial operation. These projects, backed by long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with entities like eBay and Conway Corp. Lightsource bp will continue providing asset management and O&M services.
