India-based Jakson Group partnered with OMC Power to implement a 50 MW solar rooftop project across 75 districts in Uttar Pradesh, valued at INR 200 crore (~$23.39 million). The project, described as one of the largest solar rooftop orders in India, was expected to offset 62,500 tons of CO2 annually, equivalent to planting 25,00,000 trees.
